One of the state television networks in Iran, Education Network is overseen by the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting Corporation, which also oversees the channel’s programming. At the moment, he is in charge of the Dr. Ali Abdul Ali Education Network as its director.

A brief history begins on July 23, 2013, when Sima Education Network was launched as an educational network with the tagline of Equal Educational Opportunities Network. These adjustments included removing the upper and lower pencils from the logo, changing the colour of the logo from blue to orange, and officially altering the programmes that the network offered.
Broadcast range:
Through terrestrial digital transmitters operating on the UHF band, the programming broadcast by this network may be heard across the majority of the country of Iran. In addition, the programming of this network are transmitted through the satellites Intelsat 39 and Badr 5 in Iran as well as in some other areas of Asia. Additionally, the website of the Broadcasting Organization provides users with the opportunity to see live education network programming. This station, along with all other television channels that are associated with the Islamic Republic of Iran, may be received at no cost. Since April 14, programming on the education network has been made available around the clock.
Collaboration with a variety of different organisations:
The Education Technology Office of the Ministry of Education and the Center for Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents are among the organisations that have signed various cooperation agreements with this network. Other organisations include Payam Noor University and Comprehensive University of Applied Sciences. The education network is responsible for producing the programmes that are connected to comprehensive courses without examinations and without GPA restrictions offered by Payam Noor University, the Podmani course of home management offered by Applied Scientific University, and in-service training for instructors.

This organisation educates teachers and students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels in Iran through producing animated shorts, hosting television contests, and producing documentary films on scientific topics. This organisation also plans to broadcast programmes that are connected to the training of teachers as part of their objective. These are the six departments that contribute to the production of this group’s output: elementary education, middle school education, theoretical secondary education, technical and professional secondary education, pre-university education, and teacher training. During the hours of 8:00 to 9:30 in the morning and 15:30 to 20:30 in the evening, the Rosh channel airs the programmes that are produced by this organisation.

A class for general education:
The General Education Group of the Sima Education Network is a group that produces programmes for the purpose of teaching general information and skills needed by the general audience. These programmes take an information-educational approach and cover topics such as firefighting, public health, sports training and their coaching, home appliance repair, computer skills, and many more. The programmes that are produced by this group, together with the products of the technical and professional training group, are aired in the form of a skill channel each day from 20:30 to 23:00 and from 9:30 to 13:00. These times are as follows: The Human and Knowledge programme, which airs on the skill channel and features documentaries from across the world on a variety of scientific and cultural subjects, is also shown.
